The real name of Zyzz was Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian, who was born on March 24, 1989, and died on August 5, 2011. Popularly known as Zyzz, he was a bodybuilder, personal trainer, and model.

Although Zyzz was born in Moscow, he along with his family left for Australia.

Zyzz’s workout was an inspiration to many but before starting his bodybuilding journey, he was termed as ‘skinny’ and an ‘ectomorph’. After completing secondary school, and being inspired by his brother, he joined a gym. He started to learn about nutrition and training and started to pursue his bodybuilding journey.

In an interview, he revealed that his intention to become a bodybuilder was developed to impress girls only. However, he always wanted to be like shredded bodybuilders, and after four years of continuous hard work, he could achieve what he wanted to achieve.
